1. Your agreement
By creating an account, activating a voucher, purchasing access or using SimpluxFlix, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials, profile PINs and devices. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Plans, payments and vouchers
Prices, quality, stream limits, device limits and access periods are shown before purchase or activation. Subscriptions continue according to the displayed billing terms until cancelled. Voucher access is limited by its expiry, device-binding and partner conditions. Except where law requires otherwise, used or expired access is not refundable.
4. Permitted use
SimpluxFlix grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to stream available content. You must not copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, resell, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, manipulate advertising or use automated systems to scrape or disrupt the service.
5. Content and availability
The catalogue, language tracks, quality and availability may change because of licensing, location, network, device or technical requirements. We may suspend content or service features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or legal compliance.
6. Advertising
Eligible titles may include pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll or interface advertising. Advertisements may be selected using title, platform, profile class, frequency and campaign rules. Paid or otherwise exempt access remains ad-free only when the applicable plan or policy expressly provides it.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, payment reversal, account sharing beyond plan limits, security threats, abuse or material breach of these Terms. You remain responsible for charges and obligations incurred before termination.
8. Liability and governing law
The service is provided with reasonable care but may experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, SimpluxFlix is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
